Founded in 2025, Møller Innovation Lab is a new design and innovation consultancy located in the heart of Lofoten among mountains that stoop straight into the ocean. We offer digital and on-site services in innovation, design, and facilitation, supporting clients locally and globally.

Who is Møller Innovation Lab?
Founded in 2025 by designer and engineer Johan Møller, MIL is a consultancy dedicated to improving businesses through innovation, design, and facilitation.
Johan brings experience from innovation project management and product design in the MedTech and Pharma sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Design & Innovation from the Technical University of Denmark and a master’s degree in Design from the Oslo School of Architecture & Design.
Before creating Møller Innovation Lab, Johan served as an Innovation Lead at Novo Nordisk, driving device-development projects from early insights and designing innovation processes.
In 2025, he moved to Lofoten to combine work with a life closer to nature, believing that your surroundings shape your work, and that working close to sea and mountain makes us better and more creative thinkers.
